Bleugems Country Club Cattery

Hollybush Ln, Aldershot GU11 2PX, UK – 01252 313981

Just an amazing service from start to finish, and everything in between. Very personal, caring, and dedicated service. Simply the best cattery, staff and owners. Thank you for looking after Garfield and Midori as if they were you’re own. Kindest regards......see you soon.

If you LOVE your cat, are a nervous cat owner, REALLY feel guilty about leaving them at a cattery or really value piece of mind for your feline child when you go on holidays.... PLEASE do yourself a favor by coming and visiting Liz and John at Bleugems Cattery. I probably fit into all the above categories I mentioned. We have a 3 yr old Russian Blue named Mishka. We first visited the cattery on a booked visit appointment in Oct 2017 to meet with Liz and John and to their facility. NOW, to address the road that leads to the cattery. To be honest, it IS a little bit rough and it IS unpaved- and that is where the negativity ends. I have a Corsa so if I can drive it with NO problems, then it's absolutely fine! Plus the welcome you'll receive from Liz and John is worth it. Liz is what I would commonly refer to as a "CCL"- a Crazy Cat Lady. I don't use this term lightly- I only use it for people who I hold in the highest regard. She was previously a registered Rag Doll breeder, and still keeps her pet Rag Dolls in her house with a "catio" area that you can view from the outside when you visit. She now puts all her years of experience and knowledge into running what I would personally refer to as one of the THE cleanest catteries I have ever visited. It's run like a tight ship- with John as Executive Officer! ;) The actual cattery is just pristine. It is uPVC with tiled flooring and inbuilt radiators on the walls in the enclosed room. It has double gated security with a run so you know you cat will always bee safely enclosed. I am a nurse by profession, so I value cleanliness and can spot a place a mile away that is not clean. Liz and John are both fastidious with the cleanliness of their cattery. To the point that Liz will only rent out the pens by the day. That is to say- in the busy periods- it is NOT one cat out in the morning, one cat in in the afternoon. Both Liz and John are obviously both passionate about cats and their welfare. She is still active in supporting rescue charities that care for her beloved Rag Doll breed. As a matter of fact, we have actually adopted one of her rescued Rag Dolls that she was altruistically caring for after she was rescued from a back yard breeder. This is truly where you'll see Liz's vigorous advocacy for felines if you get her talking about these people.....! Our cat, Mishka, has been in 4 different catteries over her lifetime. Let me assure you right now- Bleugems will be the very last one. Even if that means driving for hours to get there! Mishka has never been so well cared for or her needs looked after. She happily settled in and knew very quickly that Liz and John were her adopted parents for the period she was there. Do yourself a favor- visit and see for yourself. And to address the previous 1 star post I read- I do not recognize any of what that lady had to say in this cattery! I am happy to be contacted via the cattery if you would verify the voracity of this review. I will of course give Liz permission to pass on any email contacts to assure people of my experiences. Best of luck! #bleugemsrocks!!!!

The service is so good kind staff and a great environment for my little dog Tilly. They have looked after her so well Vets is small but gives that personal service. Cost is very good not to expensive.

Friendly staff and good value for money. Our kitten never has any trouble here. The late opening hours are a real bonus too!

Vets Now Farnham

Hale Rd, Farnham GU9 9RB, UK – 01252 759380

Thank you to the lovely vets who comforted us when my close friends kitten unfortunately passed suddenly. They were incredibly caring and told us we could stay as long as we liked to say goodbye and treated the kitten with respect and dignity. They came in to check on us regularly to make sure we were ok and got us a drink of water and tissues.

Around 5 years ago had a really bad experience with Vets Now in Winchester. My experience in Farnham couldn't be more different. The vets and nurses have been truly fantastic. They've kept me updated and done everything they possibly can for my bunny to try to save him. However, they've been very realistic about possible outcomes in order to set our expectations but can honestly say, whatever happens in the end, they couldn't have done any more. Fantastic team - without question!
